By installing and using VolumeMax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Pro License

Certain features require a one-time purchase. This grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the Pro features for your personal account.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The extension is provided "as is" without any warranties.

Hardware Warning: While our Pro version includes an AI Compression limiter designed to prevent digital clipping and reduce audio distortion, increasing audio volume past your system's native 100% capacity inherently puts stress on physical speaker hardware. We are not responsible for any damage to your speakers, headphones, or hearing resulting from the use of this extension. Use extreme volume levels at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, design, logos, and branding associated with the extension are our exclusive intellectual property, protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our software without permission.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
